Shipping Policy of Qubittime – 2025 Update
1. Service Coverage
We deliver to all provinces and cities across Viet Nam for orders placed via the Qubittime website and our official sales channels.
2. Order Handling Time
Every confirmed order is packed and handed to our third‑party logistics partner within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
3. Delivery Time
Standard delivery times range from 1 – 3 calendar days, depending on the destination. Remote or hard‑to‑access locations may take longer.
4. Shipping Fee
A flat shipping fee of 30 000 VND is applied nationwide and shown at checkout before you complete payment.
5. Shipping Methods

Standard shipping via reputable 3rd‑party carriers (VNPost, GHTK, J&T Express, etc.).

For bulky items without elevator access, please assist the courier with upstairs delivery. Additional on‑site service charges (parking, tolls, building fees) are payable by the recipient.
6. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link in email/SMS or you can follow your parcel anytime in /my-account/orders/.
7. Responsibility for Goods in Transit
- Qubittime is liable for loss or damage until the parcel is delivered and signed for at the registered address. Please inspect the package in front of the courier and note any issues on the delivery sheet.

If you choose your own logistics provider, liability transfers to you once the goods leave our warehouse; all additional fees and risks are borne by the customer.
8. Delivery Restrictions & Force Majeure
We may decline delivery to unclear, hazardous, or inaccessible addresses (e.g., deep alleys, mountainous areas) or during extreme weather, natural disasters, or traffic bans. In such cases we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
9. Failed Delivery & Return Shipping
If the courier cannot reach the registered recipient after two attempts, the parcel will be held at the nearest depot for 3 days. Unclaimed orders are automatically returned and the customer bears the round‑trip shipping cost (equal to our standard fee).
