Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the https://qubittime.net/ website (the “Service”) operated by GREENWELL LIMITED COMPANY, under the brand name Qubittime (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • Service: The sale of OEM smartwatches and related accessories through the website https://qubittime.net/.

2. Products and Orders All orders placed through the Service are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud avoidance department.

3. Payment Methods We offer the following payment methods:

  • A. Bank Transfer via VietQR: A unique QR code will be generated at checkout. You may use your mobile banking application to scan the code and confirm the pre-filled payment details. Orders are processed immediately upon successful payment.

  • B. Cash on Delivery (COD): You may pay in cash directly to the courier upon receipt of your order. We support a co-inspection policy, which allows you to open the package to verify the correct model and check for visible damage before making payment. This policy does not permit trying on or using the product before payment.

4. Shipping Policy

  • 4.1. Service Coverage: We deliver to all provinces and cities across Vietnam.

  • 4.2. Order Handling Time: Confirmed orders are processed and handed to our logistics partner within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • 4.3. Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 1–3 calendar days. Remote areas may take longer.

  • 4.4. Shipping Fee: A flat shipping fee of 30,000 VND is applied to all orders nationwide and will be displayed at checkout.

  • 4.5. Shipping Methods: We use reputable third‑party carriers (e.g., VNPost, GHTK, J&T Express). For bulky items without elevator access, customer assistance is required. Any additional on-site fees (parking, building fees, etc.) are payable by the recipient.

  • 4.6. Order Tracking: A tracking link will be sent via email/SMS upon dispatch. You can also track your order in the /my-account/orders/ section of our website.

  • 4.7. Responsibility for Goods: Qubittime is liable for loss or damage until the package is delivered and signed for. Please inspect the package in the courier’s presence and note any issues. If you arrange your own shipping provider, liability transfers to you once the goods leave our warehouse.

  • 4.8. Delivery Restrictions: We reserve the right to decline delivery to hazardous or inaccessible addresses or during force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, traffic bans). We will contact you to find an alternative solution.

  • 4.9. Failed Delivery: If the courier cannot deliver after two attempts, the parcel will be held at a local depot for 3 days. Unclaimed orders will be returned, and the customer will be liable for the round-trip shipping cost.

5. Return and Refund Policy

  • 5.1. Eligible Time Frames:

    • Change-of-Mind & Defective/Wrong Item Claims: Must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

    • Processing Time: We will assess your request and notify you of the outcome within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • 5.2. Conditions for Accepted Returns:

    • Change-of-Mind: The product must be unused, unopened, with all seals intact, and in a resalable condition, including all original accessories and gifts.

    • Defective/Wrong Item: The product has a manufacturer-confirmed defect, or the item received does not match the order specifications (model, color, etc.).

    • Exclusions: Personalized items, perishable goods, digital products, and items marked “non-returnable” are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

  • 5.3. Cases Not Accepted:

    • Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper storage.

    • Physical alterations (broken seals, scratches, liquid damage).

    • Requests made after the 30-day window.

  • 5.4. Return Procedure:

    2. Our team will verify eligibility.

    3. For Defective/Wrong Items: We will provide a pre-paid return label.

    4. For Change-of-Mind: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us at your own cost.

    5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process an exchange or refund.

  • 5.5. Fees & Refunds:

    • Defective/Wrong Item: Qubittime covers all shipping fees. The original shipping fee is refunded.

    • Change-of-Mind: The customer bears the return shipping cost. The original shipping fee of 30,000 VND is non-refundable.

    • Refund Method: All refunds are processed exclusively via bank transfer (VietQR) to the original account within 1–3 business days after approval.

6. User Accounts When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.

7. Intellectual Property The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GREENWELL LIMITED COMPANY. The Qubittime name, logo, and all related names and marks are our trademarks.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability All information on this website is published in good faith and for general information purposes only. Qubittime does not make any warranties about the completeness, reliability, and accuracy of this information. Any action you take upon the information you find on this website is strictly at your own risk. Qubittime will not be liable for any losses and/or damages in connection with the use of our website. The information provided by our smartwatches (e.g., heart rate, blood oxygen) is for general reference only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Hanoi City, Vietnam.

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Should we update, amend, or make any changes to this document, those changes will be prominently posted here.
